Commission Overview
Terms of Service
✧ I will be drawing commissions one at a time, based on the order clients are queued for.

✧ Commissions are for personal Use Only, unless commercial rights are purchased.

✧ Claim the Artwork as your own.
✧ Remove Signatures/Watermarks
✧ Resell or Distribute the Art

✧ Will Draw: Furry and Anthropomorphic Characters, Humanoids, Monsters, Suggestivity, and Detailed Outfits and Accessories.
✧ NSFW is available at no Additional Cost HOWEVER no PPs and only Vanilla Nudity. Yuri is also Acceptable.

✧ Wont Draw: Mecha, Robots, Armor, Fetish Art, Any Hate Art, PPs, or Any Political Art.

✧ I will reserve the right to decline a commission if I am uncomfortable with the client, whether if its too difficult or the client themselves.
✧ Payments will be upfront and be mostly be through Paypal

✧ Payment can be accepted once The Sketch is complete and two parties can reach an agreement and be paid upfront.

✧ There is no Time Limit, and expected turnaround will be about a few days to a week or a month depending on the products complexity.

✧ Setbacks will promptly communicated to the client first and foremost.
✧ Unless you paid Commercial Fees to the work, I retain all the rights to the commissioned artwork.

✧ Feel free to post the work as long as my name is credited.

✧ You May: Use the Artwork for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, and even posting them on social media, with @Credit (Unless Commercial Rights are Purchased).
✧ Print it the art yourself.
✧ But it may not be used for Profit.

✧ You may NOT: Not use my Art for the use of Generative AI images, Crypto, or NFTs
Not following this rule, breaks our trust and I'll never deal with you again.
✧ You are not Allowed to Edit or Alter the Artwork Unless you purchased commercial rights to the work and as long as it follows T.O.S.

✧ I May use the artwork for promotional purposes, on Social Media and in my Portfolio.

Exceptions: If you purchased an NDA, the work will not be posted or used for Promotional Purposes.

✧ By Commissioning me you are agreeing to follow these Permissions along with these Terms.
✧ You may Cancel before the Payment has been made.
✧ I may also cancel and refund a Commission at anytime, if there is any problems with the client or otherwise.

✧ By Commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms above.
✧ Breaking these Rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (With Evidence). And it may be shared among fellow Artist to share Awareness.
